Pench Tiger Reserve
- There are 6 zone gates in Pench tiger reserve. 3 core and 3 buffer zone gates.
- Area of Indra Priyadarshini Pench National Park is around 292.857 Sq. km
- Total Area of Pench Tiger Reserve 1179.632 Sq. km.
- The area of the present tiger reserve has a glorious history. Mowgli, the wolf child was caught by Lieut Moor in the Jungles of Seoni in the year 1831 near the village Sant Vavadi, situated 10 kms away from Seoni.
- Core Area is around 411.330Sq. km
Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary
- Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the Bhandara and Gondia districts of Maharashtra.
- The sanctuary is now part of the Navegaon–Nagzira Tiger Reserve.
- Surrounded by hills, bamboo forests, and lakes
- Nagzira is famous for its diverse wildlife, including: Tigers, Leopards, Sloth bears, Wild dogs (dholes), Gaur, Sambar, Chital, Barking deer, Wild boar
- It is often called the “Green Oasis of Vidarbha” because of its dense forests, scenic lakes, and rich wildlife.
- Over 160+ bird species, including: Crested serpent eagle, Indian roller, Kingfishers, Peacocks, Migratory birds near lakes
Bor Tiger Reserve
- Wild animals like Tiger, Fox, Hyena, Sloth Bear are seen. Peacocks are in abundance. It is very reach in flora and fauna. The place is worth visiting.
- It encircles the Bor Dam, creating a stunning mix of water, forest, and wildlife that captivates visitors.
- The Bor Reservoir is a central attraction, providing scenic beauty and animal sightings.
- Bor tiger reserve is 40 km from Wardha district headquarter and 65 km from Nagpur.
Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary
- It lies close to Nagpur and connects ecologically to Tadoba, Bor, Pench, and Nagzira.
- Spread across Umred, Kuhi, Bhiwapur (Nagpur district) and Pauni (Bhandara district).
- the sanctuary is known for its breeding tigers, gaur herds, wild dogs, and rare species like flying squirrels, pangolins, and honey badgers.
- ~50 km from Nagpur and ~60 km from Bhandara.

Seven sisters Hill
- Seven Sisters hill and known as Satbahini Dongar in the local area.
- You may see few wild animals because of this place in a forest area.
- You can find temple of lord Ganesh at the middle of the way and lord shiva on the top of the hill.
- Seven sisters hill famous for Trekking in winter and rainy season.
- People from the nearest village worship here during Makar Sankranti and Mahashivratri.
- This mountain is situated at Perjagadh near Nagpur, and its 459m tall and 35 km long mountain range up to Nagbhir Tehsil.
- There is saying that seven sisters lived on this mountain named Ambai, Nimbai, Muktai, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Mahakali and Durga.
